Paddock Suite
The Paddock Suite has recently undergone a major redevelopment with brand new conference facilities. Within the complex there is a large main room of 660 square metres and several smaller syndicate rooms varying in size from 13 to 70 square metres. All rooms are linked and accessed via a dedicated reception area. All suites are situated at ground level and allow full access for wheelchair users.
THE PADDOCK SUITE – MAIN ROOM
This modern and spacious suite benefits from a maximum floor area of 660 square metres, being 22m wide and 30m in length. Entrance to the suite can either be made through the main entrance which leads directly into the main room or via the reception area situated to the side of the building.
To one side of the building there are large sliding doors which provide easy access for large exhibits or vehicle displays. The suite is fully air conditioned/heated with both natural and artificial lighting and electrical sockets comprehensively situated around the room allow for a number of room layouts to best suit the client.
While Donington Park is well known for having such a large capacity, there are also a variety of meeting rooms to cater for smaller groups, most of which have a superb view of the racetrack.
Photographer viewing room/press conference room – this is a meeting room with a difference, with glass doors opening onto the pit lane. During breaks, it adds a little bit of flare and excitement to impress customer and clients. Both of these rooms will hold 50 people theatre style or up to 20 in a boardroom layout.

Exhibition Centre
One of the most centrally located venues in the UK, right at the Heart of England, minutes from the M1 and East Midlands Airport and close to the cities of Nottingham, Derby and Leicester.
The Exhibition Centre provides over 4,405 square metres (131.5m x 33.5m) of display area, all on one level, and can accommodate a range of events up to a capacity of 1,500 for a gala dinner, or up to 4,000 for a trade fair.
The venue has a dedicated bar and restaurant, plus free public car parking adjacent to the centre with exclusive exhibitor car parking and unloading areas, all on ground level. Easy access is provided for build-up and breakdown through large commercial vehicle size doors. The Exhibition Centre can be tailored for bespoke one-off product presentations, launches, banquets, dinners, conferences and events.

Launch Pad
The recently opened Launch Pad facility provides 360 sq m of space and is sold as a blank canvas to allow each client to tailor the room to best suit their needs. The facility can cater for 250 theatre style, 150 cabaret and is available for exclusive hire. Set in 20 acres of tarmac the facility allows for complete exclusivity from the moment you arrive through the dedicated entrance, providing many opportunities for branding and product display.
The tarmac areas are divided into 2 areas and can be run independently or combined dependent upon the activity. The launch pad can be tailored for product launches, presentations, dinners and events.

Goddards Meeting Rooms
Ideally situated for a board meeting of up to 12 delegates these first floor suites have a fantastic location overlooking the Melbourne Hairpin of the Grand Prix Race Circuit. Both facilities have the benefit of a light and airy conservatory and balcony area, allowing delegates the opportunity to view the action on the circuit whilst enjoying their lunch.
The Grand Prix and Media Suite
These two long suites each have approximately 105 square metres of floor area (6m wide and 17.5m long). Both the Grand Prix Suite and the Media Suite are situated above the pit lane garages, adjacent to race control and overlook the start/finish straight. Entrance is made via stairs at the centre of the pit garage complex which lead to a paddock facing patio area outside the suites. Both suites are fully air conditioned/heated and have plenty of power outlets located around them.
