Exhibition Centre
One of the most centrally located venues in the UK, right at the Heart of England… minutes from the M1 and East Midlands Airport and close to the cities of Nottingham, Derby and Leicester.
The Exhibition Centre provides over 4,400 square metres of display area, all on one level, and can accommodate a range of events up to a capacity of 1,500 for a gala dinner, or up to 2,500 theatre style.
The venue has a dedicated bar and restaurant, plus free public car parking adjacent to the centre with dedicated exhibitor parking and unloading areas, all on ground level. Easy access is provided for build-up and breakdown through large commercial vehicle size doors.
The Exhibition Centre can be tailored for bespoke one-off product presentations, launches, banquets, dinners, conferences and events.

The International Exhibition Centre provides an excellent medium sized facility which is ideal for our type of shows and easily accessible from all areas of the country via the motorway network. We have also developed a significant continental audience for our Japanese motorcycle show due to the proximity of the venue to EM airport.

We organize a series of regional tradeshows for independent garages called MechanEx. We chose to use Donington Park as our Midlands event in February 2008. The show ran across two days with a two day build. As organizers we were delighted with the venue and the facilities were ideal for our event. The staff on site at Donington Park were extremely helpful and cooperative and ensured that everything ran smoothly across the four days. They were also on hand to assist exhibitors and visitors with any queries they had. The event was a huge success as we had a high level of visitor numbers from the Midlands and further a field including Newcastle and Cornwall! Following on from this success we will return to Donington Park for our 2009 show.
