Completed July 2007, the facility can cater for 250 theatre style, 150 cabaret and is available for exclusive hire. Set in 20 acres of tarmac the facility allows for complete exclusivity from the moment you arrive through the dedicated entrance, providing many opportunities for branding and product display.

Clients have a range of options available including building a marquee onto the side of the building to create breakout rooms or a separate catering facility.

The tarmac areas are divided into 2 areas and can be run independently or combined dependent upon the activity.The Tarmac Lake is 16 acres of tarmac ideal for demonstrating vehicle features including ESP, handling and driving dynamics. The Heritage Loop, part of the pre war original circuit provides an opportunity for faster activity.

Both areas can be configured to best suit client activity. Instructors and Safety services can be provided.

The venue has a permanent AV and PA system including 5 wall mounted plasma screens.

There is a dedicated reception area and parking space for up to 100 cars. The building is situated at ground level and allows full access to wheelchair users. Tthe building has full electric supply and male, female and disabled toilets.

Easy access is provided for build up and breakdown and the building benefits from a roller shutter door at one end to allow access for large displays or vehicle display.

The launch pad can be tailored for product launches, presentations, dinners and events.
