Information for Donington's neighbours
The 2012 Donington Park racing calendar has been designed to comply with our local planning authority’s recent decision to grant the circuit 60 racing days within the year, of which 20 days are classed as ‘unsilenced’ and 20 at a lower decibel level (118dB), with the final 20 days being run at decibel levels lower than 108.
The rest of our regular weekly track activity normally consists of testing days on Tuesdays and Thursdays and track driving days for the balance of the week. The majority of the non testing activity is limited to a drive-by decibel noise test at 98dB.
Below are shown which noise limits have been provisionally applied to each of the 60 race days scheduled to run at Donington Park in 2012.
