MOTUL FIM Superbike World Championship

May 26th - 28th

The MOTUL FIM Superbike World Championship returns to Donington Park for the only UK round of the season. #UKWorldSBK

The world's best superbike racers will do battle once more at Donington Park, with the circuit hosting the only UK Round of the MOTUL FIM Superbike World Championship.

Retaining the now traditional late May race date, the weekend will once more feature two thrilling World Superbike races, with a full support package from the FIM Supersport World Championship, FIM Superstock 300 World Championship, European Superstock 1000 and several races from British national championships.

With big screens around the venue spectators will miss none of the action, while rider appearances in the popular Paddock Show, plus live music and entertainment on the buzzing infield campsite, will provide a real festival feel throughout the event.

Northern Irishman, double champion Jonathan Rea, will be out to defend his crown, while Tom Sykes will be gunning to add to his incredible eight consecutive World Superbike wins at Donington! Rea's season has got off to an ideal start, but with Chaz Davies running him close and with controversy brewing between the pair after qualifying in Assen, this is a rivalry to watch at Donington Park!

Adding extra spice to the mix is the wildcard apperance from BSB title leader Leon Haslam. The 'Pocket Rocket' was unbeatable here in the British Superbike opening round in April, and he'll be determined to take more wins this weekend! Fellow Donington-local Alex Lowes will also be keen to claim his first ever World Superbike race win, especially after missing his home round last year.

There's an international crop of riders all looking to take their first wins of the season though, including Italian Marco Melandri, a former MotoGP rider.

With a host of other leading British riders, and world class teams and competitors, World Superbikes at Donington is a spectacular event that isn't to be missed! All tickets include free access to the paddock too, allowing fans to meet their heroes throughout the weekend!
