ELMS Media Activity - Strongman Endurance

Ahead of the six hour endurance race this weekend (13th, 14th, 15th July), local “strongman” Richard Rollinson from Garth Gym in Sherwood in Nottingham took on his own endurance challenge by pulling the Greaves Motorsport Nissan Zytek and the Status GP Lola Coupe cars up the Donington Park start/finish straight.

Getting a feel for their cars, Alex Brundle, the son of former Formula One racing driver Martin, and Alexander Sims were in the drivers seat during the challenge to keep an eye on the “strongman’s” endurance levels.

The six hour endurance race – a spin-off of the legendary Le Mans 24 hour race – will see many of Europe’s top professional drivers in some fantastic looking cars take on the world-class racing circuit.
