Extended chance to book tickets for Classic Motorcycle Festival!
The Donington Classic Motorcycle Festival returns this weekend (4-6 August) and fans now have an additional 24 hours to purchase tickets in advance and make significant savings.
Online advance bookings are now open until 5pm on Thursday 3 August, with individual day tickets priced at £12 (gate price £20 per day) or the full three day weekend ticket costing £25.
The Donington Classic Motorcycle Festival is Europe’s biggest historic motorcycle racing event, with an incredible 49 races taking place across the three days for bikes from as far back as the 1950s, as well as a number of parades and hundreds of display machines around the venue.
This year’s star guests include ex-Grand Prix racers Simon Crafar and Alex George, multiple Isle of Man TT winner Phillip McCallen and all-round legend Steve Parrish. In addition, the event will also celebrate the anniversary of Donington Park’s re-opening in 1977 with several riders and bikes from the very first race meeting 40 years ago.
Suzuki bikes made famous by Barry Sheene are amongst those on display, while teams from as far as Germany and Norway are also making the journey from Europe to race at the event, with the main race being the Wheatcroft Trophy on Sunday, which has attracted over 60 entries.
