Donington Park’s racing season gets underway with ferocious tin top action from the TCR UK Championship and many other saloon car categories.
TCR has become one of the world’s leading formats for touring car racing, and TCR UK provides superb racing action amongst a highly competitive grid, featuring contemporary machinery.
Multiple races will ensure plenty of action across the two days, and while TCR caters for modern cars, there’s plenty of retro racing to look forward to from the Classic Touring Car Racing Club (CTCRC), with a handful of Super Touring cars likely to be present. Further retro tin top battles will ensue in the CTCRC Pre-66, Pre-93 and Pre-03 Touring Cars, the Blue Oval Saloon Series and Classic Thunder & Saloons.
The Milltek Civic Cup, Junior Saloon Car Championship, Adrian Flux MG Owners Club Championship and the Caterham Graduates Championship completes the racing line-up.
