The giants of truck racing are back at Donington Park for the Convoy in the Park festival this weekend (12/13 August). NINE headline truck races will top the on-circuit bill alongside a mega off-track show and tickets are available on the gate. Full weekend and individual day tickets are available with discounts for teenagers and senior citizens. Under-13s go free. For more information, click here. 

Five races from the British Truck Racing Championship will be accompanied by four more from the first ever International Truck Prix, ensuring visitors will be treated to more heavyweight action than ever before. Race-spec trucks produce 1,000 horsepower, weigh in at five tonnes and really do need to be seen to be believed. The packed racing schedule will also include tin top action from the Pickup Truck Racing Championship and plenty more support action.

This is much more than a race event though, with a super-sized festival off the track featuring a range of entertainment. A huge display of show trucks, plus a vast manufacturer and exhibitor display, will pack the infield whilst live truck-themed action and stunt shows will take place too with drifting, a caravan smash and monster truck rides.
