The Kwik Fit British Touring Car Championship (BTCC) will race on the full Donington Park Grand Prix layout this August Bank Holiday weekend (26/27) for the first time in more than 20 years! Discounted raceday tickets are available in advance, priced at £34 for adults, with reduced entry for 13-15 year-olds and free entry for children under-13. Click here to book now.
The last BTCC race on the GP configuration took place in 2002, when the race winners were James Thompson in a Vauxhall Astra Coupe and Alan Morrison in a Honda Civic Type R. But the venue hosted many iconic moments before that, including Gabriele Tarquini up on two wheels at The Esses in 1994!
This year's leading contenders are Ash Sutton, Tom Ingram, Jake Hill and Colin Turkington, and they'll all be looking to write their names in the history books. As ever, three BTCC races will headline on the Sunday, with a reverse grid for the final contest. MINIs, Porsches and British F4 single-seaters make up the support bill.
Fans can meet the stars of the show in the free of charge pit walk on Sunday, and there’s trade stands and big screens in the most popular viewing areas to ensure none of the action is missed.
