Motorbike legend John McGuinness MBE will swap two wheels for six at next weekend’s Convoy in the Park truck festival at Donington Park.

The Isle of Man TT maestro will take on Truck racing in four International Truck Prix races on 12/13 August at the historic race track for Team Oliver Racing.

Road racer McGuiness holds 23 wins at the world famous TT and is third on the all time win list at the event. He has experiences in car racing too most recently winning his class on debut in the Ginetta GT Academy at Brands Hatch last September as well as racing in the Fun Cup Endurance racing also at Donington in 2021.

The 2023 Convoy in the Park will feature four International Truck Prix races for the first time ever, joining the five British Truck Racing Championship races to for nine headline races across the two day event. With further racing action and a huge array of off-track entertainment, the event looks to be bigger than ever.
