Tickets

Additional tickets will be available to purchase upon arrival at the venue. Adult tickets are available for £18 on Friday, £28 on Saturday, £38 on Sunday or £70 for the full three-day weekend. Reduced rates are available for teenagers aged 13-15 and senior citizens, while children under 13 go free.

If you have chosen to have tickets posted you will need to bring the originals to the circuit as copies and receipts are not accepted.

All advance tickets have now been dispatched and were sent by either Recorded or Special Delivery, meaning a signature is required. If you haven't received them, contact us urgently at [email protected].

Print-at-home/e-tickets tickets are emailed on the day of purchase. If you haven't received yours, login to your MSV account to access them - your order confirmation email will not gain you admission to the venue. All e-tickets can be printed or scanned from a mobile device.

Please have your tickets separated before arriving at the gate.

Pre-registration is not required for season pass holders, who should present their passes on the gate as usual.

Camping

Following exceptionally heavy rain in April and early May, our Infield Campsite suffered some waterlogging in places. Fortunately, the recent spell of settled weather has significantly improved ground conditions, and our team has been working hard on repairing the access roads. This means we’re very confident we’ll be able to operate as normal this weekend - but we may not be looking quite as sharp as usual!

There are no spaces remaining for purchase on the infield campsite, but there is still availability on the unreserved outfield campsite. The campsites will be signposted upon arrival.

Pitches on the outfield campsite are available for £15 with camping tickets priced at £38 for adults and £20 for 13-15 year-olds.

Click here to view campsite locations.

The campsites open at midday on Thursday (18 May) and close at the same time on Monday (22 May).

Parking

All public car parking will be outside the main entrance or the Esses entrance.

Bike parking will be available on the hard-standing Tarmac Lake - please follow signage upon arrival.

Helmet and Leather Storage

Helmet and leather storage will be available in return for charitable donations at the Bike Park, operated by The Rotary Club.

Starkey's Parking

Overlooking the famous Craner Curves, Old Hairpin and Schwantz sequence of corners, Starkey's Parking is available on Saturday (only) priced at £5 per car. Sunday is sold out.

All persons inside the vehicle will require a valid entry ticket, and a car hanger will be provided to all purchasers, which must be displayed inside the vehicle throughout the day.

Disabled Parking

There will be a dedicated parking area at Coppice, with circuit viewing available on a first come first served basis. Please present your blue badge when you arrive and you'll be directed to the correct location.

Food and drink

The Garage 39 restaurant, bar and café will be open throughout the event serving a variety of food and refreshments, while additional outlets will be available in the most popular viewing areas. There will be live music inside Garage 39 on Friday and Saturday evenings from 7.30-10.30pm.

Infield access

Infield access will be available via the tunnels in the Paddock, at Coppice and at the Esses. A track crossing system will also be in operation at Redgate corner between sessions where time allows, allowing additional access to the infield and trade areas.

Grandstand seats

Seating in the Hollywood Grandstand will be available to purchase at the event, subject to availability, for £15 on Saturday and £25 on Sunday for Adults with discounts for under-16s. Grandstand access is free of charge on Friday.

Programmes

Programmes can be purchased for £8 from the ticket booths upon arrival at the venue, the Megastore, the Paddock Newsagent and at the Hollywood Grandstand.

eBay Pit Walk

The free of charge eBay Pit Walk returns to Donington's Bennetts British Superbike event, and takes place at 11.45 on Sunday. To join the Pit Walk, fans are asked to join the queue at the side of the Scrutineering Bay, which will be signposted.

Trade and merchandise

A selection of trade stands selling rider, team and series merchandise and memorabilia will be positioned in the paddock by Redgate, at the side of Garage 39, and on the inside of Redgate corner. In addition, there will be a simulator set up at the infield food court.

BSB Radio

BSB Radio will be broadcasting live commentary, interviews and spectator information throughout the weekend on 94.3FM.

Here to help

Excellent customer service is important to us, and all our staff are trained to help you make the most of your visit to the circuit. Whether you need assistance to find a lost child or to locate a disabled toilet, please ask one of the many uniformed staff you will see throughout the venue.

IMPORTANT SAFETY NOTICE

In recent weeks various sporting events have been targeted by protest groups. There are
potentially lethal consequences from entering a live motor racing circuit, so we urge everyone on site to be vigilant this weekend.

In addition to event stewards, security and race marshals, and all their communications and surveillance tools, we are implementing a “TrackSafe” alert system at Bennetts BSB events.

Race fans can now raise concerns by texting “BSB“ to 60777, followed by a grid reference of the location and a brief description of any potential or evolving track incursion. Thank you for your support.

Security

The safety and security of all our visitors is paramount, so please be aware you may be subject to bag searches and security checks at our venue. We would also politely ask, as an additional security measure, that you put luggage tags on all of your bags detailing your name and mobile number, so that it can be easily identified. Please do not leave your bag or personal belongings unattended at any time.

No dogs/animals permitted on site

No animals are permitted anywhere on site, with the exception of guide/assistance dogs. Please contact our call centre on 0344 225 4422 or email [email protected] during office opening times to advise if you will be bringing a guide/assistance dog.

Scooters/bicycles - prohibited in public areas

Please note that use of personal two-wheeled vehicles, including scooters, e-scooters and bicycles is strictly prohibited within public areas of the venue.

Please respect our neighbours

We kindly ask that all ticketholders driving to the circuit this weekend drive or ride carefully and considerately both when travelling to and leaving the venue.
