Tunerfest Midlands returns to Donington Park this Sunday (18 August), with hundreds of performance vehicles set to descend on the circuit for one of our biggest car shows of the year, plus epic action from the Motorsport UK Drift Pro Championship and Time Attack. If you’re coming along to the event, here’s all the information to be aware of.
Gate opening times
Public admission to the circuit is from 7.30am.

A453 road closure affecting visitors from A42
Major road works are taking place on the A453 between Moor Lane and Walton Hill between 15 August and 25 September. These works will affect all visitors approaching from the south of the venue on the A42. Visitors are advised to follow the diversion route, which will run to junction 23A of the A42, near to East Midlands Airport.
Parking
All public parking at this event is free of charge. Please follow circuit signage on arrival. Blue Badge holders may use the dedicated parking bays in the paddock, outside the Redgate hospitality suites. Head for the paddock entrance and follow the directions of staff on the gate.

Tickets
All advance sales have now closed. Additional tickets will be available to purchase on the gate at full price.
Please use card or contactless payments wherever possible.
If you have chosen to have advance tickets posted (not print-at-home/e-tickets) you will need to bring the originals to the circuit as copies and receipts are not accepted.
All advance tickets have now been dispatched and were sent by either Recorded or Special Delivery, meaning a signature is required. If you haven’t received them, contact us urgently during midweek office hours at [email protected]
Print-at-home/e-tickets are emailed on the day of purchase. If you haven’t received yours, you can access them by logging on to your MSV account online. Your order confirmation email will not gain you admission to the venue – the e-tickets themselves must be printed or scanned from a mobile device.
Please have your tickets separated before arriving at the gate.
Programmes
Official event programmes are complimentary and will be given out at the gates on your arrival, subject to availability. Each programme contains features, entry lists and details about this weekend's event, plus other useful information.
Grandstand
Seating in the Hollywood Grandstand will be available to purchase on the day priced at £10 for adults and £5 for under-16s.
Grandstand tickets will be available from the booths at the grandstand and the Megastore in the paddock.
Camping
The Donington Park campsite is not in operation this weekend. Please click here to see details of the Donington Park Farmhouse which is conveniently located next door. Please note this is not operated by Donington Park.
Food and drink
The Garage 39 café, bar and restaurant in the heart of the paddock will be open throughout the event, with a wide range of food, drinks and refreshments on offer.
Infield access
Access to the infield viewing areas this weekend will be via the spectator tunnels in the paddock (at the side of Garage 39), the Esses and Coppice.
Exhibitor area
Tunerfest will feature one of the finest exhibitor and trade areas any show will have this year, with a full and quality display of aftermarket companies and brands in attendance as well as a number of retail stalls.
Radio Donington 94.3FM
Radio Donington will be broadcasting live commentary, interviews and spectator information throughout the weekend. Earpiece radios will be on sale at the Donington Park Megastore for £12.
Gazebos and other structures
You are welcome to bring small, open fronted tents and other small outdoor structures (without sides) to general spectator areas, but we reserve the right to take down larger gazebos and other similar temporary structures if we consider them dangerous, or they obscure the views of others.
Please be considerate to those around you and speak to a member of staff if you have any concerns.

Excellent customer service is important to us, and all our staff are trained to help you make the most of your visit to the circuit. Whether you need assistance to find a lost child or to locate a disabled toilet, please ask one of the many uniformed staff you will see throughout the venue.
Security
The safety and security of all our visitors is paramount, so please be aware you may be subject to bag searches and security checks at our venue. We would also politely ask, as an additional measure, that you put luggage tags on all of your bags detailing your name and mobile number, so that it can be easily identified. Please do not leave your bag or personal belongings unattended at any time.
No dogs/animals permitted on site
No animals are permitted anywhere on site, with the exception of guide/assistance dogs. Please contact our call centre on 0344 225 4422 or email [email protected] during office opening times to advise if you will be bringing a guide/assistance dog.
Drones and flying objects - not permitted on site
The use of drones or other flying objects is strictly prohibited anywhere in the vicinity of Donington Park.
Scooters/bicycles – prohibited in public areas
Please note that use of personal two-wheeled vehicles, including scooters, e-scooters and bicycles is strictly prohibited within all public areas of the venue.
