The new WorldSBK season is little under a month away, and with pre-season testing having started in Spain, there’s an air of excitement around this year’s forthcoming battles. Double reigning champion Alvaro Bautista is remaining with Ducati, but with fellow champions Jonathan Rea and Toprak Razgatlioglu switching to Yamaha and BMW respectively, each will fancy their chances of regaining their crowns aboard their new machinery.

There’s plenty of Brits for the home crowd to cheer on across the three WorldSBK races, including Donington locals Alex Lowes (Kawasaki) and Tarran Mackenzie (Honda), plus Scott Redding (BMW), Bradley Ray (Yamaha) and the arrival of Alex’s twin brother Sam (Ducati). A packed support race card of international and national categories means there’s wall-to-wall action on all three days.

All visitors have full access to the Paddock Show and podium ceremonies, where the stars of the event make appearances, and there’s all sorts of fun to be had in between with competitions, quiz shows, concerts and plenty more. The paddock will be open all weekend too, allowing a closer look behind the scenes of the planet’s leading superbike category.
