The Vintage Motorsport Festival is back at Donington Park for a day of automotive antiquity to celebrate the 90th anniversary of the VSCC this Sunday (7 July). Tickets are available for £22 with reductions for 13-15-year-olds and free entry for under-13s - click here to book before 4pm on Thursday to save money.

Celebrations for the 90th anniversary of the Vintage Sports-Car Club (VSCC) will transport Donington Park back to a pioneering era of motorsport.

The varied on-track programme will feature priceless and powerful machines over 100 years old. Pre-war Grand Prix racers, aero-engined cars and specials will gather for some summer competition, and are sure to provide adrenaline-inducing entertainment.

A special highlight of the anniversary celebrations will be the Eldridge Mephistopheles Trophy Race for pre-1925 racing cars. This celebrates the 100th anniversary of Ernest Eldridge's 1924 world land speed record, which was the last ever land speed record to be broken on the open road.

Spectators can get up close to these immaculately prepared machines in the paddock, as well as speak with the drivers. A vintage AutoSOLO will also take place on the GP loop, which will take place during the morning practice sessions.

Discounted advance tickets are available for just £22, with reductions for 13-15-year-olds and free entry for under-13s. Book before 4pm on Thursday to save. After then, tickets will be full price on the gate. For more information, click here.
