Tickets for this year’s Classic Motorcycle Festival at Donington Park are now on sale, with one of Europe’s biggest celebrations of all things retro motorcycling set for 2/3 August. Tickets are priced at just £20 per day for adults, or £30 for the full weekend, with additional savings for teenagers aged 13-15 and free admission for children under-13. The event will span six decades of two-wheeled action, with bikes ranging from the 1940s through to the 1990s, and a jam packed racing schedule to look forward to, courtesy of the Classic Racing Motorcycle Club (CRMC).

Highlights will include the ACU Classic Championship, ACU Post Classic Championship and the Supermono National Championship. Meanwhile, the Lansdowne Classic Series will serve as a stunning reminder of the sights and smells of 1960s racing, with Manx Nortons and Matchless G50s amongst just some of the epic machines likely to be in action.

Of course it’s not just about the racing; the event always attracts a roster of star names from motorcycle racing’s glorious past, while there will be huge display areas with hundreds of bikes set to go on show. Many of these will also take to the track in the numerous parades on each day.
