The Historic Sports Car Club (HSCC) has announced its 2026 race calendar, with dates announced at all five of MotorSport Vision’s (MSV) UK race circuits plus confirmation that Oulton Park’s signature Gold Cup will return to its traditional August Bank Holiday date.
The Cheshire circuit’s trademark nostalgia weekend will return on 29-31 August next summer, with a race line-up curated by the HSCC with appearances from selected guest categories. The shift back to the bank holiday will see Monday re-take its place as the final day of the event with additional racing on Sunday following Saturday’s practice and qualifying programme.
With an expansive off-track show complementing the retro entertainment on the circuit, the Gold Cup is key part of the North West’s automotive social calendar in addition to a race meeting. Each year features car displays, the Cheshire Concours competition and other themed attractions to add to the old-school mood.
Another major fixture will be the Legends of Brands Hatch Superprix on 11/12 July, with two days of action on the famed Grand Prix circuit. Cadwell Park’s Wolds Trophy on 13/14 June is an additional regular meeting which returns alongside visits to Snetterton (25/26 April) and Donington Park (30/31 May).
