British GT Pre-Qualifying: Lulham and Tse fastest at Donington Park

Chris Lulham and Kevin Tse led the way for 2 Seas Motorsport during Pre-Qualifying for the British GT Championship at Donington Park with a time of 1m26.266s.

Barwell Motorsport, with two cars in the championship picture, followed in second and third. The Lamborghini Huracan GT3 Evo2 driven by Hugo Cook and Rob Collard was 0.048s shy of top spot, and Alex Martin and Jarrod Waberski's entry was a further 0.248s further behind in third.

The BMW M4 GT3 Evo driven by Jonathon Beeson and Charles Clark for Century Motorsport, which topped Practice, continues to look strong heading into qualifying, placing fourth with a 1m26.802s.

Drivers’ championship leaders Morgan Tillbrook and Ben Barnicoat managed fifth to be the fastest McLaren 720s GT3 Evos on the circuit, just 0.015s ahead of Simon Orange and Marcus Clutton of Orange Racing by JMH in sixth.

Callum Macleod and Mike Price were seventh in another one of the Optimum Motorsport McLarens, while Joshua Buchan and Cameron Campbell were eighth in Rodin Motorsport’s Ferrari 296 GT3 Evo. Completing the top-10 were Ian Loggie and Aaron Walker of 2 Seas Motorsport and Marc Warren and Jack Brown for Optimum Motorsport in tenth.

Jordan Collard, racing alongside John Hartshorne for GBR Stratton Motorsport, was top of the pile in GT4 with a 1m34.443s.
