Donington's annual celebration of all things trucking returns
this weekend (20/21 August) with Convoy in the Park, featuring
British Truck Racing, a busy support race package and a full load
of family activities.
If you're coming along, here's all the information you'll need to
make the most of your visit.

Gate opening times
Public admission to the circuit is from 7.30am each day.

Parking
You will be directed to our Main Entrance (near the paddock) on
arrival, but should this get congested we will direct you to
alternative entrances. All public parking is free of charge.
Starkey's Parking
Spaces at Starkey's Parking, overlooking the famous Craner Curves,
Old Hairpin and Schwantz sequence of corners, is available to
purchase for £5 per vehicle each day, subject to availability.
All persons inside the vehicle will still require a valid entry
ticket, and a car hangar will be provided to all purchasers.
Follow the signage for this area upon arrival.
Disabled parking
A dedicated parking area will be available for blue badge holders
with track viewing at Coppice corner, while a disabled viewing
suite will be open throughout the weekend at Lower Redgate. There
is a dedicated parking area in the hospitality car park, with a
mobility buggy providing transport into the paddock.
Please speak to a member of security or a steward upon arrival at
the main entrance, who will direct you to the relevant parking
area.
Tickets
Advance ticket sales have now ended. Additional tickets will be
available upon arrival at the venue, at the following prices:
Weekend admission
Adults: £45
Teenagers aged 13-15: £28
Senior citizen (65+): £35
Individual days
Adults: £30
Teenagers aged 13-15: £18
Senior citizen (65+): £23
Children aged under 13 go free all weekend.
If you have chosen to have tickets posted you will need to bring
the originals to the circuit as copies and receipts are not
accepted.
All advance tickets have now been dispatched and were sent by
either Recorded or Special Delivery, meaning a signature is
required. If you haven't received them, contact us urgently at [email protected]
Print-at-home/e-tickets tickets are emailed on the day of
purchase. If you haven't received yours, login to your MSV
account to access them - your order confirmation email will not
gain you admission to the venue. All e-tickets can be printed or
scanned from a mobile device.
Please have your tickets separated before arriving at the
gate.
Camping
The Donington Park Campsite is sold out for this event. The
campsite opens at midday on Friday 19 August, and closes at midday
on Monday 22 August. Facilities will be provided in full to
relevant passholders during this time.
The Outfield Campsite and Kidney Wood are accessed via the
Donington Park Main Entrance, DE74 2BN which is located on
Melbourne Road. On arrival to the Main Entrance, please follow the
signs to the campsite, where you will be greeted by our Campsite
Team, issued with a wristband and guided onto the campsite.
Animals are not permitted anywhere on site at Donington Park,
with the exception of Guide/Assistance dogs. Drones are also not
permitted.
BBQs are permitted and must be raised off the ground. Open fires
are not permitted.
Food and drink
The Garage 39 café, bar and restaurant in the heart of the paddock
will be open throughout the event, with a wide range of food,
drinks and refreshments on offer. Garage 39 will open from 7.30am
until 11pm on Friday and Saturday, and from 7.30am until an hour
after racing has concluded on Sunday.
Other mobile outlets will be open around the circuit in the most
popular viewing areas.
Infield access
Access to the infield viewing areas this weekend will be via the
spectator tunnels in the paddock (at the side of Garage 39), the
Esses and Coppice.
Grandstand seats
Seating in the Hollywood Grandstand is available priced at £10 per
day for adults, and £5 for under-16s, subject to availability. All
tickets can be purchased from the grandstand directly.
Weekend entertainment
There's a packed array of activities for all the family to enjoy
including a kids zone, live action arena, truck driving
experiences, stunt shows, live music, caravan smashes, fun fairs
and display areas.

Cashpoint
There is a cashpoint on site, which is located in the Garage 39
reception area.
Radio Donington 87.9FM
Radio Donington will be broadcasting live commentary, interviews
and spectator information throughout the weekend. Earpiece radios
will be on sale at the Donington Park Megastore for £11.

will see throughout the venue.
Security
The safety and security of all our visitors is paramount, so
please be aware you may be subject to bag searches and security
checks at our venue. We would also politely ask, as an additional
security measure, that you put luggage tags on all of your bags
detailing your name and mobile number, so that it can be easily
identified. Please do not leave your bag or personal belongings
unattended at any time.
