Tunerfest Midlands returns to Donington Park this Bank Holiday Monday for the annual celebration of tuning, modification and performance. If you're coming along to Donington Park, here's all the information you need to make the most of your visit.

Gate opening times
Public admission to the circuit is from 7.30am.

Parking
You will be directed to our Main Entrance (near the paddock) on
arrival, but should this get congested we will direct you to
alternative entrances. All public parking is free of charge.
Disabled parking
A dedicated disabled viewing suite will be open throughout the
weekend at Lower Redgate. There is a parking area in the paddock,
near to the suite.
Please speak to a member of security or a steward upon arrival at the main entrance, who will direct you to the relevant parking area.
Tickets
Advance ticket sales have now ended. Additional tickets will be
available upon arrival at the venue, at the following prices:
Adults: £22
Teenager aged 13-15: £13
Children under-13: Free
If you have chosen to have tickets posted you will need to bring the originals to the circuit as copies and receipts are not accepted.
All advance tickets have now been dispatched and were sent by
either Recorded or Special Delivery, meaning a signature is
required.

Print-at-home/e-tickets tickets are emailed on the day of purchase. If you haven't received yours, login to your MSV account to access them - your order confirmation email will not gain you admission to the venue. All e-tickets can be printed or scanned from a mobile device.
Please have your tickets separated before arriving at the
gate.
Programmes
Souvenir event programmes are available free of charge upon
arrival at the event. Programmes include full event information, a
map showing key locations and full entry lists.
Camping
The Donington Park Campsite is not in operation for this
event.

Food and drink
The Garage 39 café, bar and restaurant in the heart of the paddock
will be open throughout the event, with a wide range of food,
drinks and refreshments on offer. Garage 39 will open from 7.30am
until an hour after on track activity has concluded.
Other mobile outlets will be open around the circuit in the most
popular viewing areas.
Infield access
Access to the infield viewing areas this weekend will be via the
spectator tunnels in the paddock (at the side of Garage 39), the
Esses and Coppice.
Grandstand seats
Seating in the Hollywood Grandstand is available free of charge
throughout the day.
Off track entertainment
There's plenty to see off track, with supercar displays, trade
areas, car club displays and a show and shine competition to be
found in the paddock.
Cashpoint
There is a cashpoint on site, which is located in the Garage 39
reception area.
Radio Donington 87.9FM
Radio Donington will be broadcasting live commentary, interviews
and spectator information throughout the weekend. Earpiece radios
will be on sale at the Donington Park Megastore for £11.

Security
The safety and security of all our visitors is paramount, so
please be aware you may be subject to bag searches and security
checks at our venue. We would also politely ask, as an additional
security measure, that you put luggage tags on all of your bags
detailing your name and mobile number, so that it can be easily
identified. Please do not leave your bag or personal belongings
unattended at any time.
