A grid of contemporary touring car machines will race into the East Midlands venue for the season-opening round of the TCR UK Championship. A number of renowned marques are set to feature, with 15 entries already confirmed including Hyundai, Cupra, Audi, Volkswagen and more. TCR has become one of the world’s leading formats for touring car racing, with a highly competitive line-up delivering close racing time and again. 

Further saloon car competition comes courtesy of the Classic Touring Car Racing Club (CTCRC) with a range of categories including pre 66 Touring Cars – with around 40 cars expected in that class alone!

A highlight of the weekend will be seeing a handful of Super Touring Cars take to the circuit as part of a shared grid, including a pair of iconic Cavaliers, a Mondeo, and a Peugeot 406 Coupe.

The Blue Oval Saloon Series will run as a standalone championship for the first time in five years, while Classic Thunder & Saloons, the Junior Saloon Car Championship, Civic Cup, MG Owners Club Championship, Caterham Graduates and more will round out a packed weekend of racing.
